Fernco’s backwater valves support the flood protection methods used when installing new drainage systems.
A physical barrier between private homes and the public sewerage system to protect against backflow flooding. BWVs have a proven and robust design that is operated automatically and allows wastewater or surface water to flow freely.
BWVs are maintenance-free and easy to install. They can be connected to any pipe material using a standard or inner sleeve.
The backflow flaps are available in a range of smooth PVC pipe sizes: 110 mm, 160 mm and 200 mm. Single and double flap options are also available.
