Compact Seal CS

The Fernco compact seals can be used universally in civil engineering for the areas of electricity, gas and water distribution. By tightening the nuts, the metal plates are pressed against the rubber sealing ring. This causes the elastomer ring to expand evenly in all directions and reliably seals the pipeline. In addition, these sealing inserts serve for guidance and acoustic decoupling.

    Compact Seal CS 3 & 5 bar

    The Fernco compact seals are universally applicable for civil engineering, gas and water distribution. They are suitable for the sealing of pipes and core holes of all diameters and can be installed in a feed pipe as well as directly in a coring drill hole. By tightening the nuts, the metal plates are pressed against the rubber sealing ring. As a result, the elastomer ring expands uniformly on all sides and reliably seals the pipe. In addition, these density inserts serve for guiding and acoustic decoupling.

    The Fernco CS compact seals are available in two versions:

    • CS 3 bar: Ring-Seal single-layered, 30 mm (pressure-tight up to 3 bar)
    • CS 5 bar: Ring-Seal double layered, 60 mm (pressure-tight up to 5 bar)

    Compact Seal CSU

    The Fernco compact seal CSU insert can be used as a wall duct.

    By simply cutting out the pre-punched rubber rings, the press ring seal can be adapted on site to the present media pipe outer diameter.

    Compression ring inserts do not assume any support bearing function and serve exclusively for the pressure-tight, elastic sealing of cables. Slightly axial movements of the media pipes are permissible.

    Slide the sealing insert over the service pipe and into the annular space from the building side

    Tighten all screws clockwise in several stages until the sealing insert fills the annular space

    Compact Seal Hybrid CSH

    Compact Seal Senso CSPU

    The medium-hard solid rubber core absorbs the compressive or pressing force and transfers and distributes the medium. The soft cover acts as a seal toward the carrier pipe, the core-drilled hole or the wall sleeve and toward the sides of the pressure fl ange (including the screw threads). The extra soft cover element adapts itself even to extreme carrier pipe surfaces without difficulty.

    The Cavo-In press ring sealing insert is a segment ring sealing insert for corrugated plastic pipes.
