When excavation work is required to repair a damaged pipe, the working time can be significantly reduced with the use of TC couplings, type 2A. The combination of the design, which has been proven for years, and the excellent sealing properties – if the prescribed torque is observed – provides a durable solution for connecting vitrified clay pipes from different manufacturers.
All TC couplings are built for the dimensions of the most common vitrified clay pipes. It is not possible to connect pipes with different outside diameters.
